Nancy Joy

Dr. Nancy Joy Dozier is a woman on a mission to cancel funerals. Her journey has been about breathing life to dead things, dead places, dead dreams, and dead callings from a very early age. Raised with both parents in Ministry, Dr. Nancy developed a deep love for people and discovered her calling to help those who were broken, stuck, confused, hopeless and unaware of their purpose, come back to life and thrive. Her path initially began in the Arts, primarily music, and eventually evolved into various pursuits in the marketplace and in business, after graduating from the world renown Berklee College of Music. Coaching, public speaking and leading came naturally but through careful investment in self development, study, education and practical experiences, she began to operate in these areas with increased demand during her college career. From then until now, Dr. Nancy has continued to be a sought after public speaker, in private and public sectors as well as faith-based environments. She not only energizes , inspires and captivates audiences but she is effective in empowering listeners to embrace growth and engage in transformation that is sustainable.

As CEO of Joy Life Enterprises, Nancy Joy empowers her clients, most of which are women who lead as Executives, Founders, Entrepreneurs, Public Servants and Women in Ministry, to live authentically in their purpose, through the platforms of media, marketplace and ministry. As a professionally trained and experienced Master Life Coach, Dr. Nancy has the tools and understanding to help clients to create the life they imagine and to get a renewed sense of self. With over 15 years of experience as a Field Executive in the Prestige Cosmetics Industry, She has successfully built, led and coached teams to be balanced, diverse, equitable, inclusive and supportive, which led to the production of $100M in her region. Dr. Nancy continues to bring her coaching and consulting services to organizations such as Women In Leadership and Empowerment (WILDE), AECOM, Estée Lauder, H.J. Russell Company, Clayton County Public School System, Savannah-Chatham County Public School System, and Berklee College Of Music.
